2. Impression & Material Policy

Casting Wallah shall not be held responsible for any damage to casting material (e.g., moulding compounds) if the client provides multiple units and one or more are rendered unusable during impression. Any repeat or replacement impression due to such circumstances will incur additional charges borne by the client.

3. Email Communication & Policy Sharing

Upon booking confirmation, we send an official email including our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy. Clients are advised to read these documents carefully. Any issues arising later will be dealt with strictly as per the stated policies, regardless of whether the client read them at the time of receiving.

4. Refund Policy

All payments, whether made in advance, post-impression, or post-delivery, are strictly non-refundable under any and all circumstances. This includes full and partial payments.

5. Post-Processing Modifications

No modifications, customizations, or changes shall be accepted once laser cutting, photo printing, or frame preparation has been completed. Additional requests will be considered add-ons and charged accordingly. Moulding costs may vary by frame design and will be billed separately if applicable.

6. Frame Size Disclaimer

Please note: the final frame size depends on the individual’s hand and foot dimensions and impression depth. As a result, minor variations in size are natural and exact dimensions cannot be guaranteed.

7. Delivery & Inspection

Clients must inspect their order thoroughly at the time of delivery. Any visible damage must be reported immediately. Once the product is accepted and our delivery personnel have left the premises, Casting Wallah shall bear no liability for damages claimed post-delivery.

8. Product Representation

Products displayed on our website or in digital catalogues are often edited or sample-based. The final product may differ in terms of packaging or presentation, though the core material and quality will remain consistent. Please do not expect an exact visual match between what is shown and what is delivered.

9. Self-Declared Branding

Any statements such as “India’s No. 1” or “Best in Class” are self-declared and meant solely for marketing purposes. These claims are not based on any formal ranking or certification.
