    • Our casting services are available only in Delhi, Delhi NCR, and East UP.
    • However, our products can be ordered nationwide and worldwide.
  2. Booking & Payments:
    • A booking amount of ₹500 is required to confirm your slot.
    • 50% of the remaining payment is collected at the time of impression collection.
    • The final 50% is due upon delivery of the finished product.
  3. Impression Process:
    • Our artists will visit your location at the scheduled time to take the impressions.
    • We use non-toxic, skin-safe materials suitable for all ages.
    • In Case Of Impressions material Damage The is client is responsible for that and he/she extra pay for new materials pack. 300 Rs For Retaking
  4. Product Delivery:
    • The final framed artwork will be delivered within 10 to 12 days.
    • Delays due to unforeseen circumstances will be communicated to the customer.
  5. Pricing & Policy Changes:
    • Prices mentioned in the catalog are fixed but subject to future updates.
    • Any policy updates will be notified in advance.
  6. Privacy Commitment:
