1. General Provisions

This Refund & Returns Policy governs the conditions under which refunds and product returns may be requested or approved for purchases made via any Casting Wallah platform. By engaging with our services or placing an order, you affirm your agreement to the following terms in full.


2. Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Products

Due to the custom-made, personalized, and handcrafted nature of our offerings—especially baby hand & foot casting frames—all purchases are strictly non-refundable and non-returnable, unless the item is received in a severely damaged or defective state not caused by courier mishandling. Minor variations in size, shape, and presentation are expected and do not constitute grounds for a refund.


3. Eligibility for Refund (If Applicable)

Refunds shall be entertained only under exceptional circumstances, such as:

  • Receipt of an incorrect product entirely differing from the one ordered.
  • Non-delivery due to an error on the part of Casting Wallah and not due to customer negligence, incorrect address, or failure to collect the package.

In such cases, written intimation must be provided within 48 hours of delivery via email to book@castingwallah.in, along with full unboxing video evidence (clearly showing tamper-proof seal and content damage, if any). Failure to provide adequate evidence shall render the refund request null and void.


4. Refund Process

If your refund request is approved upon due internal investigation, the following rules shall apply:

  • Refund shall be issued only via original mode of payment.
  • Processing may take 7–14 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
  • No refund shall be entertained for digital or downloadable items, special offers, or discounted custom kits.

5. Shipping Damage Liability

Casting Wallah ensures proper packaging before dispatch. However, we do not take responsibility for courier damages post-dispatch. Customers are advised to record a full unboxing video for any damage claim to be considered valid.


6. Customer Responsibility

It is the customer’s sole responsibility to:

  • Provide accurate shipping details.
  • Be available for receiving the product at the scheduled delivery time.
  • Preserve the packaging and contents until your complaint is resolved.

7. Dispute Resolution

In case of any disputes, you agree to contact the owner directly at +91 98999 24409 or rishang38@gmail.com before initiating any legal or public complaints. Any disputes, if unresolved, shall be subject to the jurisdiction of New Delhi courts only.


8. Changes to this Policy

Casting Wallah reserves the right to amend, alter, or update this policy without prior notice. It is the customer’s responsibility to review the Refund & Returns Policy periodically.
