  1. General Shipping Terms
    All products are shipped under the assumption that the customer has read and agreed to all terms and conditions prior to placing the order. Shipping timelines may vary based on product customization, client location, and service availability.
  2. Packaging Disclaimer
    While we endeavour to maintain the consistency of product content, the external packaging of moulding kits, casting powders, or framing components may vary significantly from the visuals showcased on the website. Customers are advised not to expect packaging uniformity. The substance and quality remain unaffected.
  3. Dispatch & Transit Time
    Orders are typically dispatched within 3–7 working days of confirmation. Transit time is estimated based on location and logistical circumstances and may be subject to delays due to unforeseen external factors including but not limited to weather, festivals, strikes, or courier issues.
  4. Incomplete/Incorrect Address
    Casting Wallah is not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect, incomplete, or unlocatable addresses. Any re-delivery attempt shall incur additional charges to be borne by the customer.
  5. Delivery Confirmation
    Delivery is deemed complete once the shipment is confirmed as received via courier tracking or physical signature. Any claims of non-receipt must be accompanied by a valid unboxing video.
  6. Third-Party Logistics
    We employ third-party courier services and shall not be held accountable for their operational inefficiencies, mishandling, or delivery discrepancies.
  7. Regional Restrictions
    Some locations may fall outside our regular delivery zones. In such cases, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the order or suggest alternate delivery methods.
  8. Customisation Timeline Notice
    Customized frames based on customer-submitted impressions may take additional time for finishing, framing, and safe packaging. Delays in receiving hand/foot impressions from customers will proportionally delay shipment.
  9. Shipping Charges
    Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly mentioned during checkout. For special deliveries or express services, additional costs will apply.
